Easy palak fry recipe with very minimum spices:


Ingredients:

  • 2-3 bunches of spinach finely washed and chopped
  • 1 chopped onion (if big then use half of the onion)
  • 2-3 grated garlic cubes
  • 2-3 red chilies
  • 4 tsp oil
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste


Method:
First take a pan and boil the chopped spinach with turmeric and salt for 5-6 minutes. Don’t add water because spinach itself release lots of water. When the spinach will dry take it off from the pan. Now wash the pain and heat it. Add oil. When oil is hot add the red chilies (make sure the chilies are cut slightly by edges). When the chilies will turn little brown in color then add the chopped onions and fry them until they turned golden brown in color. Now add the grated garlic and fry it for 8-10 seconds. Next add the boiled spinach and give it a good fry for approximately 1 minute. Now the tasty and easy  palak fry is ready to serve.
