Vanilla cupcakes



Basic vanilla cupcakes:


  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar( u can use white sugar also)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup salted butter ( in case of unsalted butter add very little pinch of salt)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Some cashew nuts

Method:
First pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Now in a mixing bowl take the butter ( butter should be melted) and sugar. Mix it well until it becomes a smooth batter. Then add the egg and mix it well with the batter. Now add the flour, baking powder & baking soda to the mixture. Mix them altogether. Add milk to the mixture. Again mix it very well. Now add vanilla essence and cashew nuts. Stir them very nicely for around 8-10 minutes. Now take a cup cake liner baking tray and place the cups on the tray. Pour the cake batter in the cup cakes liner till the 3/4th portion as they are going to rise up after baking. Now if u want u can sprinkle some chopped nuts over the cakes. Now bake it in the pre heated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the cakes.
